Not everyone uses the same means of contact, but everyone needs to receive their urgent messages in a timely manner. It’s for that reason that we have set up a vast array of message delivery options.
PCC offers you a variety of message delivery options. Get your messages when you want them, where you want them and how you want them. You can choose from any of the following or select any combination to fit your needs.
Alpha/Text Paging: Get all the details by receiving the entire text message across your pager or PCS wireless phone. Our system also sends a sequential ID number with each page so you will know if you have missed a page.
Numeric Paging: The number of the person calling will be transmitted to your pager, or you can be paged to a number at PCC so you check in to pick up the message.
E-mail Message Delivery: Receive your messages via the Internet as taken or have them automatically sent at scheduled times. Messages can be sent to multiple e-mail addresses.
Fax Message Delivery:Receive your messages via fax as taken or have them automatically sent at scheduled times. Messages may also be sent to multiple fax numbers.
Cellular Phone: PCC can call your cellular phone with messages at anytime.
Voice Mail Message Retrieval:Your message can be read into a personal voice mailbox by our telephone service representatives after they have handled the call "live". Your mailbox can then alert your pager that you have a message waiting.
Voice Mail Hand-Off: Our telephone service representatives will answer your caller “live” and then if requested can directly connect your caller to your personal voice mail box, so the caller can leave a “confidential” detailed message.
Direct Connection / Patching: Our Telephone Service Representatives can put calls through to you anywhere you are, announcing who is on the line before doing so, giving you the opportunity to take the call or you may have the telephone service representative take a detailed message or put the caller through to your own personal Voice Mailbox.
