Voice Mail Services at PCC

Physicians Call Center has voice mail applications that will meets the needs of most companies large and small.

Choose from one of the following services:

• Stand Alone Voice Mail - All incoming calls to your business phone will be answered on the first ring by our computerized voice mail system. Your customized announcement can be recorded by our professional staff or your own voice. You can check in for your messages 24 hours a day from a touch tone phone.


• Message Dispatch Service - If you have a radio-pager, after receiving a message our Voice Mail System will automatically page you to let you know that you have a call waiting.


• Voice Mail Call Screening - By combining two or more stand-alone voice mail boxes - we can design a voice mail communications package to meet your companies needs for multi-voice mail box applications.


• Operator Revert Service - After being connected to a Voice Mail Box, an incoming caller can be connected with our Call Center to have their call handled by a Telephone Service Representative.


• Announcement Only - Use our Voice Mail System as a Community Bulletin Board to deliver common information to all of your callers. After hearing your announcement(s), your caller can connect with our 24 Hour Call Center for additional call handling.
